Always wanted to learn some moves like the Strictly Stars? Love the music and the energy that Ballroom and Latin brings to the dance floor? It's your chance to give it go! There's never been a better time to find your joy for dancing than right now. In this 45 minute session we will cover either a Ballroom or Latin American rhythm. Learning a short routine and then working on the technique to build your confidence and quality of movement. We will change rhythms every 3/4 weeks to allow everyone to feel they've mastered the routine before starting something fresh. We recommend loose fitting sports clothing and either trainers or dance shoes. Ready to step outside your comfort zone and find your joy for dancing?

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class please email the instructor of the session ASAP so your place maybe offered to someone else. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration a full refund will be given.
